I work for SiteGround since the company was founded and I still remember well these hard and romantic times in the beginning, when each of us knew the name and the website of almost all our customers. Now, seven years and thousands of customers later, as a head of the Marketing Department I seldom have the chance to get to know in such details anyone using our services. However, at the end of the last year I got a new opportunity to learn more about some of our most outstanding clients. We had an initiative to find the most loyal customers and to surprise them with custom made t-shirts and with a blog post with an interview with each of them. It is great to see that our team and service are appreciated for the things we believe are important and put special effort on. So it is our turn to say:
First of all, let me thank all of the people that have participated in our Halloween Social Media Challenge! We have been waved away by the huge number of positive and original comments you left in our blog, our FaceBook page, Twitter and YouTube. The total number of the posts we received in one week is itself astounding – 1118, but what really makes all of the SiteGrounders feel that their work is worthwhile, is the fact that so many people took this initiative as a chance to share some great personal experience with our company. So, thank you once again for being not just customers, but for being part of the sharing and positive community we try to build within and around our company. And here are the winners…
As some of you may already know, last month we announced that we will be giving two awards of 3 FREE years of hosting to two of our clients for Thanksgiving.
