Siteground.com turned 5 yesterday! I was thinking for a while what to write in this birthday post – thought about presenting numbers of employees, customers, achievements during the years. However, I believe that what matters here are the people who have ever contributed to what SiteGround.com is today. Without the people, neither the number of customers would be that impressive, nor would the achievements be that significant.

So this post is to say a big “Thank you” to everyone who ever contributed to what SiteGround.com is today. Special thanks to our customers without which SiteGround could barely exists – thank you for trusting us host your websites, for your continued support and valuable feedback!

Last but not least, a huge thank you all SiteGround employees for the dedicated work and effort for making our customers grow, our services improve, and our features excel!

Reneta – VP, Marketing and Product Development

We call her just Reni. She joined SiteGround in 2004 and started her work here as part of the Marketing Team. Today she is our Vice President, Marketing and Product Development, and is responsible primarily for SiteGround marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, accounting, and billing efforts. Oops, that gives her a bit more responsibilities than her title implies

I’ve been thinking that presenting our team is a good topic for our second blog post. It is quite impossible to introduce to our readers the whole SiteGround team within a single post (currently we are more than 70 people), so I will start today with a short presentation of the people who are in charge of that part of the critical aspects of our service such as uptime, server stability, technical support, etc.

Tenko – CEO and Chief Technical Officer

Tenko is the person who always knows everything! He has been with the company since 2004, almost since its beginning. Tenko started his work here as a support team rep and shortly his management skills, profound knowledge and expertise in technical operations proved that he deserves to take a leading post in the company. Apart from being an excellent leader and expert in the technical field, Tenko is one of the passionate photographers in our team.
