Here I go again! Sorry... Maybe this is not as directly related with Crystal as it supposed to be if you want to post here, but I do not found another place to write my wishes...

Undoubtedly SiteGround is the best Joomla Host, not just because the well known facts (here: http://joomla-hosting-directory.com/siteground-reviews.htm) but because it is the best Host, bluntly :-). But... Why so many time spend before the Fantastico Installer realizes a new Joomla update (a security updating so many times)? Usually this is not a big problem because you can install it outside Fantastico, but... well, then you feel no so good...

@ernesto: Yep, you are right about the option to change the cPanel language. We are planning to release such a feature next week at earliest. Thanks for the suggestion :).

@Bryan: Thank you very much for the nice words.
I cannot express in words how glad we feel when we get that kind of feedback - this motivates us to work even harder towards providing the best hosting experience for our clients. Good luck with your online business.

Someone finally gets it!

As a web developer/designer, I have been through my share of hosting companies. The most recent, whose name will remain anonyms, turned out NOT to be my Daddy.

I came across SiteGround while searching for a Joomla template a few months ago, and after my latest fiasco decided to give them a try. I cannot stress enough what an asset SiteGround has been to my business and clients. I have had to contact support a few times, and was treated with the utmost professionalism, and all of my issues were solved quickly.

I have begun to spread the word on Facebook and Twitter, and with four clients lined up for web redesigns, you can bet your bottom dollar I will do whatever it takes to have them host with SiteGround, even if I have to foot the bill!!

I would like to take this space to thank the SiteGround team for all of the hard work, the updates (what a concept), the top notch templates and last but not least the kick ass support team.

You have acquired a customer for life.
Keep up the AWESOME work!!

Regards,
Bryan Zimmerman

Crystal CPanel is more useful than its previous version; and is more beautiful too. Maybe one thing was left behind according to the customization as I would prefer it. Is it to hard to add a simple drop-down list button just to change the language? Many times (I am proud to be a reseller with you) I must to change their language from English to Spanish...

Shortrock, we are pleased that we have a customer like you! Congrats for your enthusiasm and great work! As to your question about the SiteBuilder and cPanel, the SiteBuilder (SB) and cPanel(CP) are 2 separate things - the SB is software for building websites, while the CP is software for management of your web hosting account - from the CP you can manage files, track statistics, order extras, manage email accounts, FTP accounts, install additional applications to the account, and many more.

You can use them both - use the SB to edit your web pages and add content to your website; use the CP for any of the things I just mentioned above. I hope that this helps make the situation clearer for you :)

Hi just wanted you to know that you have a client that is 75 years old, and who has used your SiteGround to build a webpage. Granted, some of the technology was beyond me (i.e. DNA transfer), but I have a family techie who pitched in. And I loved building my site with your program.
However, because my technical expertise is limited - I don't quite understand what all the buzz is about regarding the CPanel. Are you supposed to switch from the Builder program to CPanel once your site is up and running?
Thanks.

Nice !

Cool that we can now get to this new panel with a URL that is easy to remember hanging off our domain proper rather than remembering our server number !
