SiteGround Announces Service Level Statistics Results for 2005

SiteGround.com web hosting company has announced the results of its statistics measuring its service level and customer satisfaction for the past year. The overwhelming majority of its customers are highly satisfied with SiteGround hosting services and think that the company offers great server uptime and the best possible technical support.

SiteGround has achieved 99.98% average uptime of all its servers and delivered stable and reliable hosting for the past 12 months. Based on the statistics results, the company has kept its machines in excellent condition. For the last 3 months, the company replaced 75% of its machines that had been used for more than one year with more powerful ones. The server uptime of the new machines since their launch is 100%.

SiteGround customers think that the provided technical support is what differentiates the company from other hosts. The statistics show that over the last 12 months, more than 90% of the SiteGround support tickets were rated “excellent” by the customers. More than 92% of the tickets were answered within 15 minutes and approximately 85% of these tickets were resolved within 15 minutes.
