SiteGround on Facebook & Twitter

SiteGround Web Hosting recently launched a fan page on global social networking site Facebook and opened an account on micro blogging platform Twitter. Facebook and Twitter offer an unparalleled opportunity for the company to connect with its fans and customers as effectively as a face-to-face meeting and spread the word about its online community.

The SiteGround Facebook page will be frequently updated with links to relevant news and useful tips for SiteGround customers. Photos from company activities and interesting video tutorials and interviews are only part of the things SiteGround will accommodate on their page. Most important of all, SiteGround fans will be able to to freely interact with members of the company and each other. SiteGround promises to regularly come up with interesting and challenging ideas on their Facebook page , so it is worth keeping an eye on the page.

SiteGround’s team is also hardly working towards sharing their knowledge and expertise with their followers and building a strong community online on Twitter. SiteGround strives to reply to all tweets from twitter users and help them out with any issue or question they may have. “Tweeter is all about talking with our customers, not to them, through authenticity and transparency and this is exactly what we want there”, says Radostina Kesova, Marketing Expert at SiteGround.com.

“In the web hosting environment, feedback to and from customers has always been a missing link. With the rapid development of Web 2.0 and social media marketing we have the opportunity to shorten the distance between SiteGround and its existing and potential customers and believe that Facebook and Twitter are a good starting point”, commented Radostina Kesova.

With the start up of the Facebook page and Twitter account SiteGround again declares its position to be a web hosting provider caring for its customers and ready to always deliver better and improved customer service.
